Opinions

Margie Bowyer, Apartment 420 I would like to express appreciation to all the residents who either contributed to or helped pack the shoe-boxes for Operation Christmas Child (shown above). The 26 boxes have been delivered to a collection point, on their way to a child somewhere in the world. (11/12/20)

Julian Yudelson, Apartment 549 I notice that the roses need pruning. Is there anyone who could take care of that? (11/12/20)

Margie Bowyer, Apartment 420 I would like to express appreciation to Mary Bogue for pruning the rose bushes on the garden. I think they will come back from the pruning looking beautiful.

Ray Bowyer, Apartment 420 I would like to express my appreciation for Governor Kemp beginning the process of opening up the economy.

Evelyn Levine, Apartment 627: I just wanted to thank the staff for everything they have been doing to keep us well.

Sylvia Weisbard, Apartment 339: Thanks to Ray Bowyer for all his hard work on making this wonderful web site! Also thanks to Kay Hunt for her enormous contributions!
The Council has sent letters of thanks to all team members and have ordered large “Snack Boxes” from Amazon. Two have already arrived and I understand have been depleted! If you have any suggestions of how we can “treat” team members, please leave your suggestions on the Web Site.

Margie Bowyer, Apartment 420: Ray and I really enjoy the 30 minute walks that we are allowed. Take advantage of this opportunity to get some exercise and see the beautiful Spring flowers. The rose bushes at the far end of the gardens are starting to bloom. Don’t miss their lovely colors of pink, red and peach. Take a little time to swing in the gazebo. Listen to the birds!

Jan Gibeaut, Apartment 127: I found the new website very informative and a useful means of communication for our community! Really like the blog page so residents can express thoughts and concerns. KUDOS to Ray Bowyer for his hard work setting it up!

Katie Copeland, Apartment 516: This is a great opportunity for us to come together as a community and get to know one another like we've never done before. Make it a goal each day to call someone you don't know very well or at all and you'll not only relieve their boredom but yours as well. After we're "free" again we may find that we have many more friends than before. Another idea is to find someone whose balcony you can see from yours and ask them to come out with their phone and have a face-to-face. I've done this and it was lots of fun.

Lisa Schilling, first floor: What a wonderful surprise when I walked into my office and saw the most beautiful plant and flower arrangement! You are all so very thoughtful! Myself, and the entire team are truly committed to helping each of you get through this very challenging time. We couldn’t do it without all the help so many of you are providing. We are taking care of each other and that is what will get us through this crazy covid period.
Thanks again for your thoughtfulness!
Stay Well and Wash Your Hands!

Ray Bowyer, Apartment 420: I would like to express appreciation for the hard-working staff who come to work each day and meet our needs the best they can, under the difficult conditions we now find ourselves in. THANK YOU, STAFF!
